Method
- In a small bowl, combine the chia seeds with a few tablespoons of almond milk and let them sit for about 10 minutes, allowing the seeds to absorb the liquid and become gel-like.
- In a blender, add the matcha powder, banana, spinach, remaining almond milk, honey or maple syrup, and ice cubes.
- Add the chia seed mixture to the blender.
- Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
