Ingredients
  

  • 1 mugicha tea bag
  • Cold water

Method
 

  1. Fill a pitcher or teapot with cold water.
  2. Add the tea bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until desired strength is reached.
For hot mugicha:
  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil.
  2. Turn off the heat, add the tea bag, and steep for 10 minutes (or longer for a stronger flavour).
  3. Remove the tea bag and enjoy.
