- 1 mugicha tea bag
- Cold water
Fill a pitcher or teapot with cold water.
Add the tea bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until desired strength is reached.
For hot mugicha:
Bring a pot of water to a boil.
Turn off the heat, add the tea bag, and steep for 10 minutes (or longer for a stronger flavour).
Remove the tea bag and enjoy.
