Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, smashed
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Prep the oil: In a large pot, add olive oil and garlic over medium heat. Let the garlic infuse the olive oil for 1-2 minutes
  2. Add the kernels: Add the popcorn kernels to the pot and cover with a lid, slightly ajar.
  3. Let the kernels pop until they take 2-3 seconds between pops.
  4. Transfer the popped popcorn to a large bowl. Toss in the sea salt and chopped rosemary.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
