Method
- Prep the oil: In a large pot, add olive oil and garlic over medium heat. Let the garlic infuse the olive oil for 1-2 minutes
- Add the kernels: Add the popcorn kernels to the pot and cover with a lid, slightly ajar.
- Let the kernels pop until they take 2-3 seconds between pops.
- Transfer the popped popcorn to a large bowl. Toss in the sea salt and chopped rosemary
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
