- 1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce
- 2 tablespoons sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 lime, juiced
- Green onions, chopped, for garnish
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare the chicken:
- Combine cornstarch, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg.
- Dredge the chicken pieces in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg, and finally coat again in the flour mixture.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the chicken bites in batches until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
